Well, I’m impressed. Blue Stream Fiber just came to my door to repair my modem and connection. I was a little skeptical but he had a company van and uniform. Said he understands there’s a problem with my system being slow. I said that email and Facebook are taking a while to load, but I hadn’t called in yet. His reply was my modem notified the company. Anyway he worked outside at the box and then came in and reset my modem. I’m back up and running thanks to their proactive service!

We are in the middle of having Blue Stream Fiber installed in our community and replacing Comcast after 10 years. I’ve been heading up the project for our community and have been getting daily reports from numerous owners about their experiences with the BSF staff. After using Comcast as our yardstick for measuring the quality of customer service, we are in disbelief that a telecommunications company’s personnel could be as terrific as Blue Stream Fiber has been. If you are considering bulk telecom services for your community, I/we have found that all the layers of the Blue Stream Fiber team have been exceptional in terms of professional expertise, care and concern for their services and customers, responsiveness, pleasantness, etc. The two people who have been the most involved with our owners are Barbara G, the lead install scheduler and Tommy, the on-site installation manager have gone above and beyond expectations. They are astounding and what they’ve been able to do has often been above and beyond my expectations. I can say the same of the admin staff, engineering design team, cable pullers, splicers. In short, whoever hires and trains these folks should be commended.

Just had our service installed today. Tech was very professional and explained everything and left us with an information package. Service went down after he left and I called because I needed internet- working from home. The said they would be out in the morning. They called back minutes later, said a supervisor was in the area snd would be here in 5 minutes. A few minutes later, and it was after 7pm, the tech came, fixed the problem and I was up and working.
